Advertising/ Affiliating Rules

Advertising Rules:

1. Two ads per person, and one ad per website. If you would like an administrator to delete your ad so that you may post a new one, please post again in that topic or private message an admin.

2. If you advertise here, we expect to be able to advertise back at your website.

3. Guest ads are not allowed, for you have to be a member of WAC with at least 10 posts to post and Ad.

4. Advertised websites should be appropriate, not containing swears or other explicit content, including sexual.


6. Bumps are not allowed at all in this section. Only reply to your advertising topic if someone else has replied to it first.


Affiliating Rules:

1. Two affiliates per person. If you would no longer like to be an affiliate of WAC please contact an administrator.

2. Your website or forum must have at least 5 active members to affiliate with WAC. Anything below will not be accepted.

3. Affiliated websites should be appropriate, not containing swears or other explicit content, including sexual.

4. If you become an affiliate here, we will also request to become affiliates with your site.

I'm so happy I can finally post ads, but theses rules suck. XD

Which ones seem like too much? After all, you're an Admin too.

Rule1 kinda sucks because some people have a lot of sites that have a ton of potential. Plus, it is hard to choose between my preciouses- I mean sites.

And the fact it has to follow the rules of WAC, DCRP wouldn't qualify... unless you mean it has to be appropriate, right now I am tired so what I say might not make sense.

Hmmm, I get what you're saying about Rules 1. How does 4 sites per person sound? To me personally I think it's a little too much but I dunno.

Yes, what you say makes sense. DCRP isn't very.......... o-o I prefer not to say it, but it wouldn't qualify. I'll erase that rule for affiliating and advertising. Anything else?

I think there shouldn't be a limit on the amount of sites advertised for but members should have to have at least 10 posts and a creation before advertising and must do other things on the site rather than advertise for their sites. And you could use the rule: You can only advertise here if we can advertise back on your forum.

Yup I used that rule, I did put a limit of 10 posts, now I have to add the creation and doing other stuff.
I don't find myself comfortable with the unlimited site advertisements.............

Well how about being able to post more than one site in an ad, that way I can post my four elementals all at once or sites that are meant to be affiliated, like DCRP and GP.

Ah, I get ya. Like posting multiple sites in one ad?

Mhm. Like I'm gonna finish DOTR and WW before posting an ad for AA and SW so I have them posted all in one.
